We ship all ourorders with express shipment UPS, FEDEX, ARAMEX. DHL or other.


Delivery Time

We deliver goods as early as we can

Items In stock: 5 to 15 days depends on destination, it may take more few days in some out of shipper delivery areas.

Custom made items: takes from 1 to weeks to be Handmade (depends on size and type). The delivery will take 5 to 15 days depends on destination.

 Please Note:

You country may require your ID to clear the shipment

Your country may have duty fees to piad, we are not responsible of those fees.

Shipping Information

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping and contact information. We will not be responsible of missing or lost items if the Shipping information were false or incomplete.



We offer exceptional customer care and will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

Once we have received the return we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Any return must be Authorized by us before shipping the goods back. Please contact as at for Returns authorization.

Please make sure when you return your goods to us, your parcel clearly states that it is an unwanted item you are returning, and duty has already been paid. This will ensure that your returned goods are not held in Morocco customs, which could otherwise result in delays in processing your refund.

Please Note

  • You are responsible for payment of the return shipping
  • Shipping fees may vary according to your location, the
    size of your package and the shipping company.
  • Returns remain at the customer’s responsibility until it
    arrives to our warehouses.
  • All items must be repackaged and returned in original
    packing material or equivalent packing materials.
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been soiled or
    damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.
  • Any return without a return authorization will be refused.
  • We cannot accept responsibility
    for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.


If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please therefore use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit.

 All Heritaji products are photographedin house by our creative team, we take care to match the images with the

Exchanges & Charges
We will be happy to exchange your order if you would prefer a different colour or size, as long as the item in question is in stock, please contact us for confirmation.

Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations.

In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Faulty Items

All Heritaji products are 100% handmade by artisans. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there may be minor flaws & imperfections, or slight difference in patterns, especially for the Custom made, which we believe are characteristics of the processes and add to the beauty and individuality of the items. No 2 items are exactly the same. But we are sure you will love it.


Unfortunately manufacturing
faults can occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned goods. Please notify us in writing within 5 working days or receipt if you believe the item you have received to be faulty.



Please allow 7-10 business days for the item to be verified and the refund to be processed, or in the case of an exchange, the desired item to be shipped.

Once we process your return, we’ll issue your refund. You
will receive your refund less processing fees, which equal 10% of what you paid for the product. 

These fees help offset the costs we incur to have our warehouse complete the quality control process, as well as restock and relabel return

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed in the original form of payment 
  • Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable; We Pay shipping fees even when we offer it as free service for you. When refunded the shipping fees paid to ship your order will be deducted from refund amount.
  • If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

    If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us within 4 hours . If your goods have not already been dispatched, we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. Please read our Return Policy
